Onsen Vista (the "Site") is operated by Ksync Inc. (株式会社Ksync), a company registered in Japan ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us. If you contact us or sign up for a newsletter (where offered), we collect what you provide, such as your email address and message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and referring pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and, where applicable, affiliate tracking. See section 4.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its content.
- To understand how visitors use the Site (aggregate analytics).
- To respond to your inquiries and, if you opted in, to send you a newsletter.

We do not currently use third-party analytics tools on the Site. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations. If we adopt an analytics tool in the future, we will name it here and link to its privacy policy.
